VIDA WELCOMES JENNIFER WEINER TO ITS ADVISORY BOARD!
September 6, 2016 —VIDA: Women in Literary Arts is honored to welcome celebrated bestselling author Jennifer Weiner to our advisory board!
For years, Weiner has been a fearless and outspoken advocate in the media on issues of gender parity and sexism in the publishing industry, and a strong supporter of the work we do. We are thrilled she will join VIDA in our efforts to amplify women’s voices in the publishing world.
Weiner will serve on VIDA’s Advisory Board as a mentor and advocate, lending her years of expertise and experience, alongside Jennifer Baumgardner, Soraya Chemaly, Jodi Picoult, Corinne Segal, Cheryl Strayed and Jamia Wilson.
A #1 New York Times bestselling author, Jennifer Weiner’s books have spent over five years on the New York Times bestseller list with over 11 million copies in print in 36 countries.
