Wendy Ortiz’s memoir, Excavation.

4.) Is there an author you can’t wait to read next?

I’m soooooooooooo excited for Ocean Voung’s book, Night Sky with Exit Wounds, to come out.

5.)  What are you working on now? What can VIDA fans look forward to from you next?

I’m editing my second book of poetry, There Are More Beautiful Things Than Beyonce. It will be out in 2017 with Tin House!
